Learn How A Water Source Heat Pump Can Save Your Business Money

Many businesses today go through a lot of research in trying to find the right HVAC system in order to heat and cool their establishment without breaking their budget. Their research will find that the Water Source Heat Pump is their best choice. This type of heat pump is a very high efficient way to heat and cool a building without the worry about the installation or use of the unit where it is not needed. The Water Source Heat Pump can be placed just about anywhere in the building that the business would choose.

This gives the business owner versatility when it comes to designing where everything will go within their building. The Water Source Heat Pump will then connect to a water loop that is located throughout the building in all areas. A boiler and a cooling exchange is then used in order to add and reject heat from this water loop. This can also be done by a GeoExchange that has a natural source. This natural source could be a nearby well, pond, or ground source. The Water Source Heat Pump is usually used in applications such as condominiums, apartments, banks, health care facilities, schools, office buildings, and hotels.

Water Source Heat Pump

There are several different models of the Water Source Heat Pump that you will find. You will find models that can be a console in a room, a horizontal ceiling mounted model, a vertical floor mounted model, a rooftop outdoor curb mounted model, a water to water floor mounted model, or the geothermal resource center type of model. The manufacturers of the Water Source Heat Pump include such names as Climate Master, FHP Manufacturing, Klimaire, McQuay, and Carrier to name just a few.

There are many times when you will see a business center that has a small man-made pond on their grounds for their landscaping beauty. However, what you may not realize is the fact that this pond was built for a reason. With that water is most likely a Water Source Heat Pump that heats and cools the buildings that sit next to it. This saves the business a lot of money on their heating and cooling costs while keeping every area of their building just the right temperature for their staff. You can review all the different models that are available by searching on the Internet. This will give you the opportunity to decide on which one would be best to use.
